Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet the needs of clients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes
