- We have a well-developed clinical supervisory and quality assurance structure in place to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Our administrative support team will assist you in managing your workload, allowing you to focus on clinical work and make a greater impact on our clients' lives.
- You must have the capacity to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- You must be able to work from home and have a reliable means of communication.
- AHPRA registration and a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy are essential.
- Experience working with people with disabilities and a commitment to delivering person-centred care are essential.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills are required.
- You must be able to develop and implement innovative client-centred strategies.
- Excellent report writing skills and computer literacy are essential.
- A valid driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle are required.
- Experience working in community settings, home modifications, and prescription of assistive technology are highly desirable.
