Job Title: NDIS Speech Pathology Contractor

We are seeking experienced Independent Speech Pathologists to join our flexible workforce, providing services to NDIS participants across various locations.

This role offers flexibility, benefits, and support, including access to professional development, free clinical supervision, and competitive contractor rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and developing support plans to meet the needs of NDIS participants.
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality services.
  • Identifying and addressing the needs of NDIS participants, their families, and carers.
  • Developing and delivering evidence-based support plans that promote positive behavior and outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current SPA membership.
  • 2+ years of NDIS experience.
  • Active ABN.
  • Relevant insurance, including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • Police clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS screener.
