We are seeking an experienced Clinical Therapist to join our flexible workforce as part of our mission to provide high-quality services to individuals with disabilities.

Salary: $80-$120 per hour

About the Role:

This contractor role is designed to offer flexibility, allowing you to manage your own schedule and work close to home. As a clinical therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and developing support plans for NDIS participants, ensuring their goals and passions are reflected in their individual plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and develop evidence-based support plans within a complex support space
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure individual plans meet participant needs
  • Develop meaningful goals and practical strategies using positive behaviour support frameworks
  • Ensure plans reflect participant strengths, goals, and passions

Requirements:

  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • 2 years of experience working with the NDIS
  • Active Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • Relevant insurance, including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive car insurance
  • Police clearance, Working With Vulnerable People (WWC) check, and NDIS screener
