About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with participants to understand their needs, develop tailored plans, and provide evidence-based interventions. Your expertise will help individuals overcome barriers, enhance their independence, and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an allocated caseload, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans that cater to each participant's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, adapting to individual requirements, and promoting independence.
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • CURRENT registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities to manage a varied caseload.
