Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Independent Speech Pathologist Contractor with expertise in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to join our flexible workforce.

">

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Evaluate and develop evidence-based support plans within a complex support environment.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide person-centred services.
  • Assist participants and their families/carers in identifying needs through assessment and planning.
  • Develop and implement positive behaviour support frameworks to eliminate restrictive practices.
  • Maintain individual plans aligned with participants' goals, strengths, and passions.

Requirements

">
  • Current SPA membership.
  • 2 Years NDIS experience.
  • Active ABN.
  • Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive car insurance.
  • Police clearance, WWC, and NDIS screener.
