
Highly Organized Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Administrator to join our Assurance and Advisory division.
- Act as key contact for senior partners and manage their diaries and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate client lunches, divisional lunches, and internal events with ease and efficiency.
- Review and edit complex documents while maintaining attention to detail.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Set up new clients in the system, manage contacts in multiple platforms, and scan and distribute mail.
- Provide administrative support with stationery orders and office maintenance requests.
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties and coordinate new starter requirements for all employees.

Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role within professional services.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Confident communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
