Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, COO, and Leadership Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate follow-up for meetings.
  • Communication: Draft, proofread, and format reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Office Operations: Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Staff Engagement: Coordinate internal staff events and engagement activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in administration, office management, or executive support.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and high levels of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Certifications: NDIS Worker Screening Check, Employee Working with Children Check, and valid Australian working rights.
