About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a strategic remuneration plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Deliver: Develop and implement modern, competitive, and goal-aligned reward programs.
  • Analyse & Recommend: Use data and market insights to guide decisions and shape strategy including job design, job analysis/evaluations, and remuneration benchmarking.
  • Research & Innovate: Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh thinking to how we reward and engage our people.
  • Advise & Influence: Be the go-to expert for remuneration, benefits, and recognition—supporting stakeholders and employees.

About You:

  • Experience in remuneration related discipline including practical experience of benchmarking, job evaluation, and career frameworks design.
  • Proven ability to support and deliver key cyclical processes including annual remuneration review, and salary survey submissions.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence and ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels internal and external.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data.
  • Experience designing, presenting and delivering innovative initiatives that contribute to organisational objectives.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
