The role of a Performance and Reward Professional will be pivotal in supporting the organization's performance and reward team.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity where you'll provide expert advice, manage salary survey submissions, and ensure accurate benchmarking across the business.
You'll also be the go-to expert for international mobility, supporting assignees and stakeholders throughout the assignment lifecycle.
We're looking for someone with exceptional stakeholder engagement and advisory skills, solid understanding of employment legislation and reward frameworks, and ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure.

- Coordinate international assignments and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Act as the local contact for internationally mobile employees
- Benchmark roles using leading market data providers
- Support the annual performance and remuneration review processes

- Deliver insights and guidance to HR, recruitment, and business leaders
