Customer Experience Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead our Peter Alexander Call Centre team, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
This part-time role is located at our Support Office on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, and reports directly into the Call Centre Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide accurate and timely information about our products and policies
- Identify customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, ensuring a seamless experience
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service procedures and processes
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
- Patient and empathetic when dealing with difficult customers
- Experience in customer service and retail desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of customer inquiries

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
