Senior MICE Sales Strategist

AccorHotel is seeking a highly skilled Senior MICE Sales Strategist to join our team in Australia.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in the MICE sector.
We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
About the Role- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the MICE sector.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Cultivate new business leads through networking and marketing efforts.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who can deliver results-driven solutions to meet our business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in the MICE industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
