At Trend Windows and Doors, we are one of Australia's largest window manufacturers with a reputation for quality, innovation, and design spanning over 50 years.

We operate as part of a larger group that includes iconic brands such as Corinthian Doors, Stegbar Windows & Doors, Aneeta Window Systems, Regency Shower Screens & Robes, A&L Windows, and Breezway louvres.

This is an exceptional opportunity to represent TREND Windows and Doors as a leader in the global building products industry and oversee the overall management of our South Australian business unit.

The premise is an operational manufacturing plant and showroom, with just over 40 employees. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling the business strategies and activities to achieve the company's safety, people, customer, and performance targets.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Excellence – Ensure the operations perform both safely and efficiently with a constant drive for improved productivity to enhance overall return on investment.
  • Leadership - Through the business unit leadership teams, you will develop, implement, and execute the strategy to deliver the overall business, people, and performance targets.
  • People, Culture and Engagement – Develop and execute engagement strategies that make Trend Windows and Doors a place where people want to work and contribute to our premier performing culture.
  • Customer Service – Strengthen customer loyalty and increase sales volumes by providing a quality customer experience and superior product performance.
  • Sales and Marketing - Manage the sales operations by developing and implementing the business unit strategic sales plan whilst enhancing Trend Windows & Doors through a values-based consultative sales performance culture.
  • Business Development – Continuously improve the business in line with the company's strategic initiatives.
  • Systems and Controls - Safeguard the company's financial and physical assets in compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Personal Development - Continue to grow and develop as a leader through our Leadership model.
