The Role

This role is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the Traffic category, driving strategic growth, managing supplier relationships, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

As the Traffic Operations Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies to achieve objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Category Strategies: Drive strategic growth in the Traffic category by developing and executing category strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Manage Supplier Relationships: Manage and grow relationships with suppliers to optimize pricing and product offerings.
  • Sales Performance: Responsible for the overall sales performance of the category, including pipeline management, margin expansion, and leading regional/product expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Traffic Team, providing training and support on product knowledge and category insights.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities within the Traffic category.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to increase market share and drive sales growth.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure a consistent supply of products.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse sales data and customer feedback to refine category strategies and maximise profitability.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
