Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager will play a key role in managing integrated advertising projects from brief through to delivery. They will partner closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to bring big ideas to life and ensure seamless execution every step of the way.

A Snapshot Of Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Account Director and broader Account Management team in delivering client goals.
  • Manage fully integrated campaigns leveraging all disciplines including advertising, CRM, and digital communications.
  • Organise project resources, ensuring tasks are completed within scope and timings.
  • Contribute to strategic briefing, development, discussion, and inspiring creative briefs.
  • Proactively manage briefs, timelines, WIPs, job numbers, and estimates.
  • Build and nurture positive working relationships with the wider agency team by actively listening and seeking guidance.
  • Act as mentor to Account Managers and Account Executives, setting a positive example for team behaviour, learning, and collaboration.
  • Generate strategically sound ideas and fresh thinking that challenges the perception of the client brand in market.
Your Ideal Experience
  • Previous experience working in a Senior Account Manager role within a Creative or Communications Agency environment.
  • Experience in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and communications projects.
  • Knowledge of Advertising: TV, radio, print production, sponsorships, and other emerging media including digital; web, email, mobile.
  • Passionate about great ideas underpinned by commitment to delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – a confident and credible presenter.
