Job Description

The Facility Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Manage all facility concerns in coordination with airport authorities.
  • Coordinate construction services, surveillance cleaning, and supervise IT network and telephone services.
  • Handle internal facility concerns such as office setup or relocations, internal supplies, services, construction, safety, and security.
  • Coordinate agreements and contracts with third-party vendors.
  • Manage office materials, including ordering, handover, and key account management for ePO.
  • Provide IT support and consultation.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate identity standards.
  • Manage uniforms according to clothing regulations, including ordering, distribution, adjustments, and inventory.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, including flights and bookings through a travel agency.
  • Act as the point of contact for AIG Travel Insurance.
  • Organize customer and staff events.
  • Support concierge services for customers and visitors.
  • Assist senior leadership team members with administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience in facility management.
  • Good spoken and written English skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT applications.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and team-oriented personality.
  • Solution-driven and organized work approach.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude.
