Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities as needed, utilizing expertise in HVAC, refrigeration, heating systems, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with staff to respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests from guests and management.
