About the Role:

The ideal candidate for this position will play a crucial part in supporting our growth initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintaining building compliance by ensuring all facilities maintenance activities adhere to approved work plans.
  • Administering parking allocation, waste disposal, and building security to ensure adherence to emergency and health and safety regulations and CDC policy.
  • Overseeing caretakers and contracted staff to uphold the presentation and upkeep of facilities.
  • Managing logistics within the facilities while collaborating with the Operations team to enforce security protocols and standards.
  • Conducting inspections for repairs or renovations of facility structures and coordinating access for clients, guests, contractors, and suppliers.
