Facilities Operations Manager

Award-winning facility management professionals sought to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless facility operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all facility concerns, including building and room leasing agreements with airports.
Key Responsibilities- Facility Management Oversight: Manage all facility concerns, including building and room leasing agreements with airports.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate constructions, services, and surveillance cleaning groups, as well as IT-network and telephone services.
- Internal Facility Management: Oversee internal facility concerns, including office setup or relocation projects, management of internal office supplies, service, and construction, as well as safety and security.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with third parties to manage agreements and contracts.
- Asset Management: Manage office materials, including handover, ordering, and maintenance of key equipment.
- Effective Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
- Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Proven problem-solving and organizational skills are necessary.
- Facility Management Knowledge: Knowledge of facility management principles and practices is required.
