The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the Bid Managers to produce high-quality content and design outcomes;
- Becoming a subject matter expert in using our bid automation platform;
- Maintaining and updating our content library and bid guides;
- Training fee earners and practice assistants on bid enablement templates and resources;
- Assisting with opportunity capture, reporting, and maintenance of bid content when required;
- Managing the legal directories process and supporting the business in preparing submissions.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in bid/proposals, preferably in a B2B services firm;
- Strong writing, editing, and communications skills;
- Project management skills, including prioritizing tasks, working under pressure, and multitasking to tight deadlines;
- Highest standards of quality, with an eye for design and attention to detail;
- Highly developed skills in Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint) and experience in SharePoint desirable.
