Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to work with designer bathroom products and fittings. You will be responsible for assisting customers with sales enquiries and product selection.

You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

You will also assist with stock transfers and ordering, receipt of payment using the POS system, and answering phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and acknowledge customers in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with sales enquiries and product selection
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Assist with stock transfers and ordering
  • Receipt of payment using the POS system
  • Answering phone calls

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have proven working experience in retail sales.

A manual driver's license is advantageous, as well as good computer literacy and MS applications skills.

You should have solid communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and helpful personality, and the ability to build effective working relationships.
