Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing genuine service, creating lasting impressions, and moments that matter for our customers.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable and exceeds customer expectations
  • Sell products confidently, leveraging your knowledge of automotive parts and accessories to drive sales performance
  • Build effective relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store targets and support the overall business strategy

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling products of a heavy nature
  • Flexible availability across 7 days and a valid driver's license
