**Retail Sales Assistant - Ballina**

**The role**:
**Snooze Ballina **is seeking a passionate communicator who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience.

In this role, you can expect retail hours: 4-5 days a week, a full 8 hr day, and be working across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Pre-employment checks (Police Check) may be required.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Build relationships with customers to provide expert sleep solutions
- Working harmoniously in a small team, as well as on your own
- Collaborate with your team in the day-to-day store team operations - you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an **awesome customer experience.**

**Skills and experience**:

- Retail experience selling big ticket items is preferred but not essential
- You know how to demonstrate exceptionally high standards of customer service
- Confident and professional communication skills are a must
- Computer knowledge is beneficial (experience with Pronto an advantage)
- The desire to achieve sales targets and KPI's
- The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time.
