Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Operations Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional ground handling services at Brisbane's multi-terminal airport.

About the Role
  • Oversee and manage a team of supervisors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement across service quality, safety, and operational performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with airline partners and ensure seamless operations across customer service and ramp functions.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, free from bullying, discrimination, and harassment.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and direction to a team of supervisors to achieve exceptional results.
  2. Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Airline Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with airline partners to ensure smooth operations and exceed customer expectations.
  4. Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in aviation or a similar fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong background in airport operations, supervisory functions, and team management.
  • Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound knowledge of airline handling manuals, dangerous goods, and compliance requirements.
