Job Title: Airport Operations Coordinator

 

Job Description:

The role of the Airport Operations Coordinator involves providing administrative support and data entry services to assist in the transition to a new database system. The team works closely with partner agencies, including law enforcement agencies, to provide lifesaving aviation support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing timely and high-quality administrative support
  • Accurate transfer of information from existing records systems to the new database system
  • Highlighting any issues related to data entry support

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience with database systems and data entry
  • Ability to work independently
  • Minimum level of fitness, as the role may require investigating components in the warehouse for part numbers
  • Experience in warehousing, cataloguing, and receipt acceptance will be highly regarded
