About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our team at The Star Entertainment Group. As a key member of our Quality Engineering team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing the implementation activities required to coordinate and support the go-live phases of technology product builds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Product and Project team members to capture all detailed required tasks that will support go-live activities
  • Acting with integrity and conviction to achieve strategic objectives assigned to Release management function
  • Plan and facilitate implementation activities across the SDLC
  • Manage and communicate the impact of environment refreshes, release schedules, release status, release scope and escalate key issues and risks where appropriate
  • Build and maintain the Implementation Plan that is in alignment with the standards set by the Product Owner and Release and Environments Manager
  • Build and communicate business impact and mitigation plans where appropriate for releases that cause business outages.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Implementation Management role
  • Extensive experience in or working with Release and Change Management roles
  • Comprehensive background in definition of release management process and practices
  • Proven ability to exercise strong and effective leadership in high-pressure situations
  • Strong ability to exercise independent and effective judgement
  • Experience in negotiating with key stakeholders to achieve a win-win situation
