As our Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing the implementation activities required to coordinate and support our technology product builds. This role demands a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Product and Project teams to capture detailed tasks supporting go-live activities
  • Acting with integrity and conviction to achieve strategic objectives assigned to Release Management
  • Planning and facilitating implementation activities across the SDLC
  • Managing and communicating the impact of environment refreshes, release schedules, release status, release scope, and escalating key issues and risks where appropriate
  • Building and maintaining the Implementation Plan, aligned with Product Owner and Release and Environments Manager standards
  • Developing and communicating business impact and mitigation plans for releases causing business outages

We're looking for an experienced professional with:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Implementation Management
  • Extensive experience in Release and Change Management roles
  • Comprehensive background in defining release management processes and practices
  • Proven ability to exercise strong and effective leadership in high-pressure situations
  • Strong ability to exercise independent and effective judgment
  • Experience in negotiating with key stakeholders to achieve a win-win situation
