About the Role

The Client Implementation Executive is a key position at State Street, responsible for the successful delivery of implementation programs. As a leader, you will operate as the senior conduit between the client and State Street, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the business owner responsible for the successful delivery of the program.
  • Consult with Clients to understand their strategy, business objectives, operating model needs, and challenges.
  • Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Oversee and approve program plans inclusive of State Street, client, and critical 3rd party tasks.
  • Ensure program milestones and dependencies support agreed-upon scope and timeline.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasting, and resource allocations for the program.
  • Establish Project Governance both internally and with the client, ensuring all stakeholders are communicated with frequently and appropriately.
  • Drive the client, internal stakeholders, and critical 3rd parties to execute against their tasks and milestones; drive proper governance and program reporting.
  • Drive a high-performing culture across the program teams in which people operate to deliver client outcomes with a One State Street mindset.
  • Supervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems.
  • Implement standard change control process, deploy, and maintain risk, issue, and decision logs.
  • Ensure program activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
  • Build and manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement to reduce implementation time, improve quality, and improve client experience, and enable faster revenue recognition.
