We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Next Generation Clubs.

About You
- You will be immaculately presented and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- An interest in the health and fitness industry is desirable
- Demonstrated experience (minimum 12 months) in a reception, member concierge or similar role
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours a week
- You must be positive, energetic, and flexible, with a passion for high-quality customer service
- Flexibility to work a seven-day roster
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Skills
- Highly organized and methodical approach to tasks
- Able to juggle priorities and think on your feet
- Able to prioritize tasks on the run and build rapport with clients
- First Aid/CPR Certificate is desirable
This role requires someone who is adaptable, flexible, and able to think on their feet. If you have at least 12 months' experience in a 5-star service delivery position, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Salary Estimate
$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience
