Front Desk Operations Manager

Role OverviewThis role requires a leadership-focused individual with exceptional communication skills, demonstrated experience in reception management or a similar role, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities- To manage the front desk operations of our club, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our members and visitors.
- To develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- To ensure excellent customer service standards are met, handling member inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support.
- To oversee administrative tasks, such as managing membership records, processing payments, and maintaining accurate reports.
- To contribute to the overall success of the club by identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a reception management or related role, preferably in a health and lifestyle setting.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members, staff, and external partners.
- Demonstrated experience with administrative software and systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A First Aid/CPR certificate is highly desirable.
- A competitive salary package, including a base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
