Job Overview

As a Front Desk Manager at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless member experiences. This includes providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and collaborating with the team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Engagement: Foster positive relationships with members, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues alike.
  • Reception Management: Demonstrated experience in reception management, member concierge, or similar roles, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
