About the Role

We are seeking a skilled leader to establish our presence in Australia, drive sustainable business growth, and ensure excellence in systems integration delivery across the Australian market.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary professional to lead our expansion into a new market, develop strategic relationships, and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Growth & Expansion: Define and execute a market growth strategy aligned with our global vision, develop new customer relationships, expand existing accounts, and build strong alliances with local partners.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards, manage revenue growth, profitability, and resource allocation.
  • Team & Culture Building: Recruit and lead a local SI-focused team, foster a culture of customer-first service, technical innovation, and high performance, mentor and grow local leaders.
  • Strategic Engagement: Represent us at industry events, conferences, and vendor ecosystems, provide local market intelligence to guide our APAC and global strategy, collaborate with regional and global leadership teams.
Requirements
  • 10+ years in systems integration, IT services, or enterprise technology, with proven leadership in the Australian market.
  • Strong track record in P&L management, market entry, and large-scale IT project delivery.
  • Established relationships with Australian enterprises, OEMs, and channel partners.
  • Native or fluent English, additional APAC language skills a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business.
