Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior leaders across Australian Markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic administrative support, coordinating daily operations, travel, meetings, and stakeholder engagement, while preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver administrative support to senior leaders, including coordinating daily operations, travel, meetings, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence, with a focus on accuracy and governance standards.
  • Coordinate key business events, including performance reviews, governance calendars, tunnel shutdowns, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a personal or executive assistant gained in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of maturity and professional presentation, with excellent report production and presentation production skills.
  • Advanced skills and knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
