Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to provide high-level support to senior leaders and their teams across Australian Markets.

About the Role:

  • Deliver strategic administrative support, coordinating daily operations, travel, meetings, and stakeholder engagement while preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Support senior leaders by anticipating needs, tracking compliance, and prioritizing meetings while adapting to shifting priorities with agility across a dynamic, cross-functional business unit
  • Provide timely preparation of reports and documentation for Board meetings, with a strong focus on accuracy and governance standards
  • Coordinate key business events including performance reviews, governance calendars, tunnel shutdowns, and site visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels

  • You have excellent report production and presentation skills
  • You have advanced skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office
