Job Description

The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying business needs, proposing solutions and managing their execution end-to-end. The role requires in-depth knowledge of the Australian market and its nuances.

A key focus will be placed on the management and migration of New Client relationships, with emphasis on operational and technical enhancements tailored to client requirements.

The individual will have a deep understanding of the Wealth Platforms, Wealth Management and Institutional / GC domains. Strong leadership skills are essential, with the ability to influence, collaborate and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

The role will play a critical part in supporting clients operating on legacy technology, guiding them through the transition to modern infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of the multi-year product strategy plan, including product roadmap and profitability.
  • Work directly with Customers to propose and execute solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Manage projects focused on Customer enhancement delivery and path to migration.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in business or applied economics, with a minimum of 10+ years experience in the Investment Fund field, notably in the Australian market.

They must be a hands-on leader who walks the talk in execution and leads by example. Excellent client relationship skills and strong presentation experience are also required.

The individual must be flexible, a team player in an international environment and numerate. They must also have proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence internal stakeholders across departments.
