Australian Marketing Lead

The primary objective of this role is to develop and execute marketing strategies for the Australian market.
Main Responsibilities:- Plan and implement marketing initiatives to drive business growth in Australia.
- Stay informed about 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division products to create effective marketing actions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted marketing campaigns with sales and Application Engineering team.
- Develop demand plans based on programs and portfolios.
- Validate industry implementation of marketing activities, gather customer feedback, and promote improvements.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- MBA preferred.
- At least 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related industry.
- Creative problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
