Senior Marketing Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing strategy and execution across Australia and New Zealand. This senior role will operate as an independent contributor, responsible for customer and industry marketing in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a country-level marketing strategy that positions us as a top-tier partner for agencies and advertisers.
  • Build an integrated annual plan that drives awareness, adoption, and share of wallet across the ANZ market.
  • Educate agencies and advertisers about our value through peer-to-peer relationships and thought leadership content.
  • Create a calendar of events that showcases our capabilities and elevates our profile among agencies and advertisers.
  • Design and deliver high-impact customer engagement experiences at key Australian and APAC industry events.
  • Develop and localise our core business narrative and vertical-specific playbooks for the Australian market.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of senior B2B marketing experience within the tech, media, or advertising industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand advertising landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing regional marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising and tech platform business models.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Fluent in English.
