**Job Overview:**

HUB24 is seeking an experienced professional to join our Investments Operations team as a Settlements and Reconciliations Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling cash records, positions and trades with custodians, liaising with various stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of reporting requirements.

  • Reconciliation of cash records, positions and trades to the custodian(s)
  • Liaise with custodians, fund managers, brokers, advisers and clients
  • Ensure timely delivery of various reporting requirements to fund managers

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum 2-3 years' experience in Financial Services
  • Knowledge of Australian securities, Managed Funds and an understanding of settlement activities risks
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Commitment to high standards of client service
