Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Investment Advisor to join our team. As a Property Investment Advisor, you will work closely with clients to formulate sound property investment strategies, conduct strategy sessions, and provide recommendations on suitable investment opportunities.

You will be responsible for building an ongoing relationship with clients, conducting periodic reviews, and providing pre- and post-settlement support. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with the research team, acquisitions manager, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of property investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate sound property investment strategies for clients
  • Conduct strategy sessions to understand current financial positions and future goals
  • Make recommendations on suitable investment opportunities based on client circumstances
  • Presentation of strategy reports and property investment recommendation reports to clients
  • Provide pre- and post-settlement support to clients
  • Build an ongoing relationship with clients and conduct periodic reviews
Requirements

  • Proven success in a similar role as a property coach or property investment specialist
  • A passion for assisting others on their property investment journey
  • Strong influencing skills and confidence in delivering information
