To achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer experiences, we are seeking a skilled Settlement Team Lead who can drive efficiency and inspire their team to succeed.

As the Settlement Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of dedicated specialists and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and streamline workflows.

Your key responsibilities will include evaluating settlement processes for improvement opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies, and providing valuable feedback to contribute to feature development that elevates the customer experience.

In addition to your leadership skills and experience in customer service or settlement, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in leadership or senior roles within Customer Service or Settlement and prior experience in team management or leadership positions is highly advantageous.
