Systems Water Network Manager

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and utilize your knowledge of water and sewer networks in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the operation of the local community's water and sewer system.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Monitor system availability, configuration, and performance in real-time, proactively controlling system operations to minimize disruptions.
- Prioritize and triage work orders for the dispatch of crews, providing technical expertise and advice as required.
Shifts involve day and night rotations to cover a 24/7 roster, Monday to Sunday.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Certificate IV qualification in Engineering or a related field, or demonstrated solid contemporary experience in water and/or sewage network management.
- A current Class C Driver's Licence.
- Experience and understanding of operational management of distributed networks of assets.
- Ability to effectively utilize information technology, including computerized control & monitoring systems (e.g. SCADA) and geographical information systems.
