Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Network Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the operation of our water and sewer systems, ensuring minimal disruption to our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the efficient management of our infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control system operations in real-time, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they become major problems.
  • Prioritize and manage work orders for efficient dispatch, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to field staff, helping them to resolve complex issues and improve their skills and knowledge.
Key Requirements:
  • A Certificate IV qualification in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in water and/or sewage network management.
  • A current Class C Driver's Licence, with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience in operational management of distrusted networks of assets, with a strong understanding of water, wastewater, and networks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively utilize information technology, including computerized control and monitoring systems (SCADA) and geographical information systems.
