The Job

As our Water Technician, you'll:

- Diagnose and fix water quality issues on the spot.
- Clean rainwater tanks using our exclusive QuadClean® system.
- Install and maintain rainwater filtration setups.
- Use ServiceM8 (on your iPhone) to streamline jobs, invoicing, and payments.
- Clearly communicate with and educate clients.
- Leave every home better than you found it.

Skills & Experience

**Essential**:

- Plumbing experience (qualified or extensive practical knowledge)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Clear, professional communication
- Access to an iPhone (for ServiceM8 app)
- Quick learner who embraces new tech

**Bonus**:

- Experience with rainwater systems
- Familiarity with filtration and purification tech

**This role IS NOT for**:

- Someone who needs constant oversight
- Anyone who panics under pressure
- Those uncomfortable facing customer questions
