We are seeking a skilled Professional to provide expert advice on workplace relations matters and manage investigations.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Australian employment legislation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on workplace relations matters, including disciplinary and OH&S issues;
  • Manage investigations into workplace complaints;
  • Advising managers on employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, and misconduct matters;
  • Interpret Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements;
  • OH&S management in the workplace;
  • Dispute resolution as it relates to employment matters;
  • Providing training around workplace relations issues;
  • Providing advice on employee conditions of employment, pay rates, and entitlements;
  • Managing general OH&S matters.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Human Resources or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior HR Advisor/Team Leader role. They should also have relevant experience in overseeing or managing investigations and reviews into workplace complaints.

  • Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualification in Human Resources or equivalent;
  • Previous experience (minimum 5 years) in a senior HR Advisor/Team Leader role with strong attention to detail;
  • Relevant experience in overseeing or managing investigations and reviews into workplace complaints;
  • Demonstrated high level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A strong understanding of Australian employment legislation;
  • Experience in using HR systems and strong technology skills;
  • An ability to think strategically and creatively.
