Workplace Relations Compliance Specialist

The role of a Workplace Relations Compliance Specialist is crucial in ensuring that organizations maintain a positive and compliant work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on workplace relations and employment legislation, conducting training sessions, and offering compliance consulting services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing verbal and written advice on workplace relations and employment legislation
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate employees and management on workplace relations best practices
  • Offering compliance consulting services on modern awards, enterprise agreements, position descriptions, and wage audits
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement workplace relations policies and procedures
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and providing recommendations for improvement

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about payroll compliance and have expertise in IR/HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources, or equivalent industry experience.

Requirements:

  • Passion for payroll compliance and expertise in IR/HR compliance
  • Degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources, or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong understanding of modern awards and enterprise agreements
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
