Job Title

A highly skilled workplace relations professional is required to provide expert advice and guidance to management teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, industrial relations, or employment law, with a proven track record of managing complex workplace relations issues.

As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions that promote positive workplace relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality workplace relations advice to Managers on matters such as employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
  • Coach and partner HR Business Partners with their directorate portfolios to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Manage a full range of workplace relations issues, including investigations, negotiations, and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in human resources, industrial relations, or employment law.
  • Experience in the health industry is highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in a workplace relations role, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
