Workplace Relations Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Workplace Relations Specialist to join our organization on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is pivotal in delivering expert guidance and support across a broad range of workplace relations matters.
Main Responsibilities- Assist the Head of Industrial Relations & Policy in executing a strategic and consistent Workplace Relations approach across the business.
- Interpret and apply industrial instruments, legislation, and company policies.
- Implement changes necessitated by law reforms, Award, and enterprise agreement updates.
- Support enterprise bargaining and change management processes.
- Engage in maintenance of internal resource libraries relevant to workplace relations.
- Tertiary graduate or post-graduate degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations/Workplace Relations or related degree.
- Proven capability in Workplace Relations, contributing to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
- Experience in improving the capability of others in resolving workplace relations issues.
- Able to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
