
Innovative Workplace Relations Expert

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Relations Manager to join our People and Culture team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will lead our specialist workplace relations function, providing expert advice on complex industrial relations matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level expertise on employee relations and industrial relations solutions.
- Lead on the continuous improvement of the industrial landscape, including EBA negotiations and facilitation activities.
- Conduct and coordinate workplace investigations and manage grievance procedures.
- Coach and train managers on policies, processes, and industrial instruments.
- Participate in union consultations and dispute resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree qualifications in HR, business, or similar is highly desirable.
- Extensive specialist experience in leading and managing a complex workplace relations or industrial relations function.
- Strong track record of providing high-quality expertise on contemporary and innovative employee relations and industrial relations solutions.
