Workplace Relations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Relations Manager to join our People and Culture team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will lead our specialist workplace relations function, providing expert advice on complex industrial relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level expertise on employee relations and industrial relations solutions.
  • Lead on the continuous improvement of the industrial landscape, including EBA negotiations and facilitation activities.
  • Conduct and coordinate workplace investigations and manage grievance procedures.
  • Coach and train managers on policies, processes, and industrial instruments.
  • Participate in union consultations and dispute resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree qualifications in HR, business, or similar is highly desirable.
  • Extensive specialist experience in leading and managing a complex workplace relations or industrial relations function.
  • Strong track record of providing high-quality expertise on contemporary and innovative employee relations and industrial relations solutions.
