We are seeking a passionate Retail Professional to join our team in NSW.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets and provide an excellent customer experience within our store through staff productivity and fostering a positive selling environment.
  • Role model our service standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring your team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Represent our brand/company values and products in an inspiring way.
  • Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
  • Train and coach team members to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal product knowledge.
  • Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
  • Share best practices to drive overall team performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
