Financial Performance Specialist

The Property Finance team is seeking an experienced Financial Performance Specialist to oversee the financial performance of a portfolio of retail assets. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and delivering insightful management reporting.

  • Manage financial reporting across a portfolio of retail assets, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with Centre and Portfolio Managers to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Deliver insightful management reporting with variance analysis and commentary for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving processes, automating reporting, and ensuring timely delivery of property finance activities.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or a related discipline, with advanced technical accounting knowledge.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial or management accounting, ideally within the retail property sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, with high attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
